DJ Dan Murphy And Estée Louder To Headline Glitter Club 2026
Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras has announced that DJ Dan Murphy and Estée Louder (Jess Hill) will headline Glitter Club 2026, the premium Parade-night experience returning to Taylor Square on Saturday 28 February.

Long regarded as one of Sydney’s most influential queer DJs, DJ Dan Murphy steps into Glitter Club following the runaway success of Club Broadway, the sold-out musical theatre-meets-dancefloor phenomenon that has captivated audiences across the city, and multiple sold-out I Remember House parties. His headline set will bring high-voltage energy to the heart of the Parade route.
Joining him is Estée Louder, the creative force behind Ultra Violet, one of the fastest-selling events of the 2026 Festival. Known for her bold, femme-driven approach to queer nightlife, Estée brings a dynamic sound that has helped shape some of Sydney’s most innovative performance spaces.
Glitter Club is the all-new evolution of Mardi Gras’ most coveted Parade-night event. Positioned at Taylor Square, the epicentre of the Parade, it offers an up-close, unfiltered and unforgettable view of the floats as they pass just metres away. Guests will enjoy a raised viewing platform deck, dedicated bars, food trucks, private toilets, and a five-hour program of DJs, hosts and live entertainment.
With Kaftana Pool Party, Paradiso Pool Party and Ultra Violet all nearing sell-out, Glitter Club gives festival-goers a final opportunity to secure a premium Mardi Gras night out with DJ Dan Murphy and Estée Louder. A special guest performer and a full cast of roving entertainers will be announced soon.
Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras CEO, Jesse Matheson, said: “Glitter Club is the best way to see the magic of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. DJ Dan Murphy and Estée Louder are cultural powerhouses who understand the heartbeat of our community, and bringing them to Taylor Square creates an atmosphere you simply cannot experience anywhere else. Glitter Club puts you inside the Parade. Close enough to feel every beat, every costume and every moment of our collective joy.”
The 2026 Festival program continues to grow across Sydney, with new events joining Mardi Gras+ and partners including Sydney Writers’ Festival, reinforcing Mardi Gras’ expanding cultural footprint.
