Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to midnight tomorrow:
The north and west of the North Island from Northland to Wellington, also for the volcanic plateau and Bay of Plenty: Widespread rain with heavy falls possible. Rain easing to showers from the west early tomorrow.
In the east from Gisborne to Wairarapa: Patchy rain easing to showers tomorrow.
Nelson and Buller: Rain with heavy falls likely in the western ranges. Rain clearing overnight and becoming mainly fine tomorrow.
For Westland and Fiordland: Mainly fine weather.
Marlborough to Otago also for Southland: Rain clearing overnight. Tomorrow, showers and southerlies spread north reaching Marlborough by evening with snow lowering on the ranges.
Chatham Islands: Mainly fine overnight. Rain developing tomorrow.
