61 Molesworth “Deconstruction”:
…I’ve lost track of the days

It’s just before the holidays and work continues at 61 Molesworth St.
A security worker, who I spoke to yesterday, didn’t know what the completion date is, but it sure looks like it’ll continue on through January. I also inquired about the structure to the left and whether it will be “deconstructed” as well; Mr Security Guard said that he expects it will be, but wasn’t too sure.
In other news: I noticed yesterday evening that roadwork up the street that began before the earthquake hit is completed. I suspect, with that section of Molesworth being closed to the public, they were able to get that project done smoothly and without interference.

Well, excitement still is high amongst those who are passing by, but also those who are working around the site. I’m not sure what commuters will do to entertain themselves when this is all over; maybe stop to examine the plant life or possibly pay more attention to where we’re walking/cycling/driving.
