Seed Industry Office appoints new General Manager
Thomas Chin has been appointed as General Manager to the New Zealand Grain and Seed Trade Association and the New Zealand Plant Breeding and Research Association.
He has more than 25 years experience in progressively challenging roles involving various trade associations, the last 16 as head of the Distilled Spirits Association.
His career background includes industry leadership, policy engagement and advocacy with Government stakeholders. He takes over the day-to-day running of the organisation following the retirement of Ann Harper.
He will transition into his new role alongside
Ann starting from 20 November.
