Toddle Waddle

Toddle Waddle
Put on your walking shoes, grab the family and head to Auckland Zoo on Sunday morning (20 March) to help stamp out meningitis.
While many other Aucklanders will be pounding their way Round The Bays, toddlers boast their own event at Western Springs. The 2005 Toddle Waddle starts at the zoo’s new entry plaza at 11am. It is a sponsored fundraising walk to raise public awareness of this life-threatening disease, and raise funds for the Meningitis Trust.
Join Kevin Milne, April Bruce and mascot Monty the Duck for a fun, leisurely walk from the zoo, through Western Springs Park to MOTAT.
Raise $15 or more, and you will receive one free adult entry into Auckland Zoo and a family pass to MOTAT. Raise $30 or more and go in a draw for a year’s pass to both attractions! There will also be some tasty Bluebird give-aways during the walk.
For further information, and to register and receive your special pack, visit www.toddlewaddle.org. But don’t worry if you don’t register – you can still turn up on the day and make a $15 donation to qualify for the free entry offer.
