Erupting Volcano And Waterfall At Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools And Spa
An erupting volcano, waterfalls, slides and new giant water toys are all features of the newly upgraded children’s area at Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa.
The family activity pool and surrounding area have just been resurfaced and as part of the upgrade the area’s volcano has been rebuilt.
General Manager Graeme Abbot says the new area is proving especially popular with younger visitors.
“The area looks great – it’s fresh and new, the volcano looks fantastic and the gravitational water bucket sculpture which has not been working for years, is back on line dumping water on unsuspecting swimmers.”
“The waterfall and slides are as popular as ever and now with the weather warming up and school holidays just around the corner we know the new area will attract even more kids - young and old, to the complex,” concluded Graeme Abbot.
