19/9/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
19/9/06 After a car v truck at Wellsford a male and a female both with multiple injuries were transported to Auckland City Hospital.
20/9/06 A female child was transferred from Whakatane Hospital to Starship Hospital.
23/9/06 The helicopter was placed on standby for a person who had fallen at Browns Bay. Stood down.
24/9/06 After falling from a moving vehicle a male was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.
24/9/06 A male tramper who had fallen after running downhill was winched at Rangitoto Island and transported to Auckland City Hospital.
24/9/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Port Waikato. Stood down.
