Story telling festival

Stories come to life with three great story tellers giving free sessions around the region from October 24th.

All parents and children are welcome to a story telling session with Roger Sanders, at the Tasman District Library Queen Street Richmond on Wednesday 25th October from 4.00 to 600 pm.


Story Telling by Jane Fisher with music and puppet making at the Elma Turner Library Halifax Street Nelson from 4.00 to 5.00pm Thursday October 26th.

The Storyteller's Festival is presented by the Nelson Reading Association.

The aim of the Nelson Reading Association, which is affiliated to the New Zealand Reading Association, is to foster continuing literacy education programmes for teachers through workshops and other specialised sessions.
