Busway Traffic Bulletin: Saturday 30 June to Friday 6 July
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of next week’s proposed closures for work on State Highway 1 for Northern Busway construction (weather permitting).
MOTORWAY LANE CLOSURES:
Tuesday 3 July (contingency
Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 July)
SH1 northbound between
Esmonde Rd and Northcote Rd closed from 10.30pm until 5am
the following morning for pedestrian footbridge construction
works
Akoranga Dr northbound on-ramp, Esmonde
Rd northbound on-ramp and Esmonde Rd southbound off-ramp
will also be closed
Diversions via Northcote Rd
northbound and southbound ramps
The above include contingency dates and diversion routes are subject to change. Work planned for adjacent junctions will be reviewed daily to ensure that no two consecutive over bridges or interchanges are closed at the same time & the correct diversions are in place.
Road users are requested to use the sign posted detours whilst the closures are in operation.
