Whangarei Film Announcement: "Still Small Voice"
Local Whangarei Film Announcement: "Still Small Voice"
ONE-0-ONE PRODUCTIONS are proud to announce STILL SMALL VOICE, a film production written and produced by Harley Campbell and Chris Philpott, to be directed by Harley Campbell.
The film has been written locally, specifically with the Whangarei community in mind, and will be entirely filmed and edited locally, using local actors & actresses, musicians and technical crew.
“Our vision is that this be a real community effort,” says producer Chris Philpott. “We believe that the people of Whangarei have much to offer, and that our film will appeal nationally, even internationally, while keeping much of the flavour of Northland intact and on display.”
STILL SMALL VOICE follows the story of a young man, tortured by guilt, who finds redemption through his friends, before being forced to confront his past and move on with his life.
We are inviting actors and actresses, aged between 16 and 30, who may be interested in starring in this film, to audition for 7 main roles.
ONE-0-ONE PRODUCTIONS also wish to invite anyone interested in helping with technical aspects of the film to contact them (details below). STILL SMALL VOICE will be a small production, but any and all help, including set dressers and assistants, technical (camera, sound), and costume, hair and makeup assistants, will be appreciated.
Auditions will be held on the following dates/times, and we invite any interested actors & actresses to attend:
