Napier Civil Defence has partially activated its Emergency Operations Centre to monitor the recent tsunami warning to the East Coast of the North Island.
Napier Civil Defence Manager, Angela Reade, says as soon as the information is received the public will be advised accordingly.
“Please stay tuned to your radios for immediate updates,” Angela says.
