Christmas message from President of Fiji Club NZ
Press Release- Christmas message from the President of Fiji Club of NZ (FCNZ)
As a consequence of the severe recessionary year worldwide the worst since the last thousand years, Fiji Club of NZ's Executives and members were busy consolidating, restructuring their businesses, careers and employment whilst still being able to add value to the communities both nationally and internationally.
Some members unfortunately were made redundant, while others were able to find jobs as a result of networking with others.
The international financial crises were avoided as a result of swift intervention by various governments particularly by the USA under the leadership of President Barack Obama the current recipient of Nobel Peace Prize.
The economic situation in New Zealand is showing signs of "green shoots" meaning that the economy and the financial markets are on the recovery mode, and it appears the worst of the financial crisis is over and receding into the history books.
Thank you all for your continued support of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ) - Bringing Communities Together since it was foundered on October 24, 2003 and is growing from strength to strength.
IMG_0533On behalf of the Fiji Club of NZ members, I take this opportunity to wish you all and your families a Merry Christmas, Safe Holidays and Happy New Year.
God bless & Aroha to All
Alton Shameem JP, CPPA.
