Winter Warming Lotto Wins for North Shore City and Christchurch
Lots of Lotto cash will be warming the
bank accounts of two lucky players in Auckland and
Christchurch after taking a $500,000 share of First Division
this week, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive, Todd
McLeay.
The winning Lotto tickets were sold at Albany Highway Superette & Lotto in North Shore City and Hornby Mall Lotto in Christchurch.
Powerball First Division was not struck tonight, so the jackpot for next week will be an estimated $8 million. Strike Four was also not struck tonight and will jackpot to $600,000 for next week’s draw.
Tonight’s other big winner was Auckland firefighter Ivan Millan, who spun and won $150,000 on Lotto’s Winning Wheel.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was won by MyLotto player from Christchurch. The serial number is 734-05565751-20XX.
“Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any NZ Lotteries outlet."
