Further to yesterday's update, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been told that at least two New Zealanders are thought to be on board the cruise ship Carnival Splendour. We have no further information.
The Ministry is working with our Embassies in Los Angeles and Mexico to establish whether more New Zealanders are affected.
