There are 105 guests and nine operational staff at the property.

Travel agents or wholesalers with booking enquiries should direct their query to Peppers trade-reservations department in Australia on phone + 61 7 5665 4133.

Peppers is contacting guests with forward bookings and are helping these people make new travel arrangements. The Christchurch Airport is closed.

All staff at the resort have contacted their family to advise they are safe. Working phones have available at the property for guests to contact their loved ones.
