Korean Team Helping In Christchurch

1. On 7th March, the Government of the Republic of Korea sent a Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team comprised of four forensic scientists and DNA analysts from the Korean National Forensic Service (NFS) to New Zealand in order to support identifying of the bodies of the deceased from the Christchurch earthquake.
2. Since their arrival, the Korean DVI team has been closely cooperating with the Christchurch DVI team and has provided valuable services at Burnham Information Management Centre.
