Fill the Basin raised $500,000
Fill the Basin raised $500,000 for the Prime Minister’s Earthquake Appeal.
Match organsier Stephen Fleming said he was
overwhelmed at the support of Wellingtonians.
“The city has got right in behind this event,” said Fleming. “I’d like to thank our partners, the players and all those who made the event a special day. It was great having Bob Parker here on behalf of the people of Canterbury and I hope the event helped show Canterbury how much the country is behind them.”
