On Court: Your Netball Point of Contact – Episode 13
On Court: Your Netball Point of Contact – Episode 13, Wednesday 4 May, Sky Sport 1
After the huge disappointment of being ruled out of the Silver Ferns team for the World Netball Championships in July, Cathrine Latu fronts up in the On Court Studio tonight.
The Northern Mystics shooter, who remains in the Silver Ferns squad despite the ruling she's ineligible to play in Singapore, joins former Silver Ferns shooter Tania Dalton and former Australian captain Kath Harby-Williams on the show. And Latu won't just be talking netball. She also reveals - among other things - her penchant for Sponge Bob Square Pants and Guitar Hero, which she plays to get in the zone on a big game day.
Game Analysis checks out the moves of the best shooter in the world, Irene van Dyk, plus On Court profiles a young star in its "Future Fern" segment. Former Silver Ferns captain Bernice Mene wraps up round 12 in 'Weekend at Bernie’s' and looks ahead to the finals series coming up.
On Court's also inside the Magic and Mystics camps after the final round of the regular season with Magic heroes Laura Langman and Casey Williams and Mystics house-mates Temepara George and Megan Dehn.
On Court - tonight 7.30pm on SKY Sport 1.
