Flight Centre And Qantas Release New Flight for NRL Grand Final
Flight Centre confirms it has teamed up with Qantas to bring Kiwis a new flight to cope with the demand of Kiwis heading to Sydney for the NRL grand final this weekend.
Mike Friend, Flight Centre New Zealand executive general manager, said demand for flights over the Tasman has been overwhelming.
“Our agents have had an influx of enquiry from Kiwis wanting to head to Sydney this weekend and as a result, we’ve teamed up with Qantas to put on an entirely new flight from Auckland to Sydney this Saturday, returning Monday.
“Kiwis who have missed out on other flights now have the opportunity to take advantage of this special flight that we know will sell out just as quickly. We’re thrilled to help take another plane load of Kiwi supporters over the ditch,” Mr Friend said.
The Qantas A330-300 has seats available now from all Flight Centre stores across the country.
