The Palms Shopping Centre opens after earthquake

After trading a successful Boxing Day, The Palms looks forward to opening again on Tuesday with all our major retailers: Countdown, Farmers and Kmart trading alongside the majority of our specialty retailers

The engineering company completed their final inspection on Christmas Day clearing the way for The Palms Shopping Centre to re-open to the public at 9am on Boxing Day after thorough and independent safety checks. Safety of our staff, retailers and customers is paramount.

We are relieved on behalf of our retailers and their families to be back and trading and wish to thank all our customers and the local community for their messages of support through our Facebook page, over e-mail and via text.

Please note that Reading Cinemas will however remain closed for the remainder of the week.
