Triple Jackpot for Lotto, Powerball and Strike
Triple Jackpot for Lotto, Powerball and Strike
Lotto, Powerball and Strike have all jackpotted this weekend, meaning a huge prize pool of $8.4 million is up for grabs next week, said NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Wayne Pickup.
Due to the jackpot, Powerball First Division will be an estimated $6 million, Lotto First Division will be worth $2 million and Strike Four will be worth $400,000 for next weekend’s draw.
Meanwhile, ex-neighbours and long term Lotto syndicate players Jill and Sue from Hawke’s Bay won $200,000 on the Winning Wheel at the live draw in Wellington this evening.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought on NZ Lotteries’ online channel, MyLotto, by a player from Christchurch. The winning serial number is 572-04037633-20xx.
