Market Update #3
October 19, 2012
For Immediate Release
At least 125 interested parties have registered their attendance for a presentation on the Convention Centre Precinct as Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought for the project.
The Christchurch Central Development Unit (CCDU) and Christchurch City Council (CCC) presentation on Tuesday 23 October is designed to provide further information for those with an interest in the project, which is being taken to market by the CCDU and CCC.
Among those attending the presentation in Christchurch will be representatives of design, construction and investment firms from around New Zealand, and as far afield as Korea. The presentation will include a visit by attendees to the site of the new Convention Centre.
The opportunity to submit an EOI for the project closes on 9 November, and selected respondents will be invited to present and discuss their EOIs in December.
