4.42 pm  HKZ Gulf Harbour Responded to the Gulf Harbour golf course for a male patient with a medical condition. He was transported to ACH. 

12 June 13

4.00 pm HLN Maramarua Responded to Maramarua for a male patient who had facial burns as a result of throwing petrol on a fire. He was transported to Waikato Hospital.

6.30 pm HLN Waiuku Responded to Waiuku for a road traffic accident. The patient was transported to Auckland Hospital in a status 1 condition.

11.11 pm HLN Waiheke Island Responded to Waiheke Island for a male patient with a medical condition. He was transported to ACH in a status 2 condition.
