No Room Left at Kids Fish Out Day - Otago Fish & Game
On the back of last weekend’s successful Kids Fish Out day, held at Dunedin City’s Southern Reservoir, Otago Fish & Game reports that this weekend’s event is also fully subscribed.
Regional Fish & Game Staff, honorary rangers and volunteers will be on hand to offer aspiring anglers expertise, or just lend a hand to net the children’s catch.
St Johns and local Surf Lifesaving club members will also be on site, ensuring the safety of all participants.
800 trout have been released into the reservoir by local hatchery staff for the two events.
