New Epilepsy Specialist Appointed
Epilepsy New Zealand, the national epilepsy organisation of New Zealand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Williams as the new Information and Support Specialist for the North Shore, Rodney and Waitemata areas.
Joining Epilepsy New Zealand’s Auckland Branch with a background in the health and community services sectors, Linda is looking forward to getting the word out about epilepsy and the services Epilepsy New Zealand offers so that those affected by epilepsy receive the support they require.
“I am really passionate about helping people in the community”, Linda says. “I am looking forward to working with the community and raising awareness of epilepsy; to let people know that epilepsy is a condition that doesn’t have to rule your life”.
Linda is available for appointments to visit individuals or families, present educational seminars at schools, community groups and to work along side health professionals.
