Free Franklin Family Fun this Children’s Day
Free Franklin Family Fun this Children’s Day
Sunday 1 March will see Franklin’s biggest and best Children’s Day celebration yet!
For the sixth consecutive year, Pukekohe’s Samuel Miller Reserve will offer a range of exciting activities, stalls and entertainment for all ages including face painting, a waterslide, sausage sizzle, pedal cars, a performance by the Groovit Jitter Bugs, and much more.
‘Entry is free, so we encourage families to bring a picnic and join us for a fantastic day out,’ says Marek Townley, Chairperson of the Franklin Youth Advisory Board, which has organised the event with support from the Franklin Local Board, In2it, Franklin Family Support Services and Porse Pukekohe.
The day will be cancelled in the event of persistent bad weather. For more information, email hello@fyab.co.nz.
