Join the party this Queen’s Birthday Weekend at Auckland’s stunning waterfront spot named in the British monarch’s honour, Queens Wharf. Waterfront Auckland is thrilled to announce this free community event taking place from Saturday 30 May through to Monday 1 June - so pack up your kids, mates and neighbours and head down to the wharf for a day (or three) for a raft of activities and entertainment.
Last year’s ‘Best of British’ Queen’s Birthday Weekend at Queens Wharf was an almighty success with over 80,000 people enjoying creative activities, performances, sports, free film screenings and feasting. This year is set to be an even brighter celebration of the British culture, so get ready to take a holiday and join in the festivities at Auckland’s Waterfront. The programme is jam-packed with a spirited array of activities, to be announced in the coming weeks.
