120 tickets (60 tickets per date) will be available for purchase by those who want to savour the taste of local seafood and meats in an unrivalled setting on the south bank of the Waikanae River. You will learn:

1. About the various meat types, cuts and quality
2. About local meat & fish varieties, availability & preparation
3. From local enthusiasts on their passion for local food

Artel Gallery of Waikanae has been chosen to theme the venue and BCE Catering Equipment will be sharpening its knives with a demonstration on the day.
