This fairytale opera follows our hero, Prince Tamino as he seeks to save his beloved Pamina from the clutches of her evil mother, Queen of Night.
New Zealanders Emma Fraser (Pamina) and Wade Kernot (Sarastro) join a cast of international singers making their New Zealand debuts; American Randall Bills (Tamino), Australian Samuel Dundas(Papageno) and Ruth Jenkins-Róbertsson as the Queen of Night.
