Potential Marine and Beach Threat CANCELLED
The Ministry of Civil Defence &
Emergency Management (MCDEM) has cancelledthe Tsunami
Potential Threat advisory issued earlier this
morning.
As there is no longer a treat to the Otago beach and coast, the Otago Civil Defence Emergency Management Group is standing down.
PLEASE NOTE: There
could be strong and unusual currents for the rest of the
day. Caution in and on the water is
advised.
