"On the weekend Saturday March 25 Hunters Plaza Champions Day.
A local Champions Day was held…and look who turned up with our local hero David Latele aka Brown Buttabean! Duncan Garner from The AM Show. He was very friendly and worked as hard as the bootcamp team that did a demonstration of what they do, how they lose weight - through nothing but HARD work - true Champions!
Monya van Wyk - Marketing Manager said: "It was totally unexpected - so it was a real bonus for our South Auckland community who don’t often get to see big TV stars up close out this way. NZ Police were simply fabulous. Kids were loving the dress up opportunity and the goodie bags that was handed out. St Johns and the Fire Service were also very popular with the kids. These teams work so hard on a daily basis and we loved acknowledging them on the day for all that they do!"
