The Coolest Little Capital Just Got Cooler …

Wellington's one and only boutique coupon book for mums - The Coolest Little Coupon Book - launches today!

For Mums is a business for mums, by mums. Co-founded by Angela MacDonald and Abigail McKoy, two Wellingtonian first time mums, long time friends with a mission to make life at home and out with babies & toddlers more easy, enjoyable and affordable in this city.

“Our cool little Capital has so much to offer, which is why we’ve partnered with trusted brands, cool local labels and mum owned businesses to curate a mix of the coolest little activities, products and services for mums to experience and enjoy with their little ones.”

Inside The Coolest Little Coupon Book you’ll find a collaboration of carefully curated offers encompassing a wide range of deals for Wellington mums from brands such as Bargain Box, The Babysitters Club, Baby On The Move, Sweet Bakery & Cakery, Munch Cupboard and over 100 more!

The book boasts seven categories spanning across children's entertainment & activities, child friendly cafes, children’s products, household services as well as a few luxury indulgences for mum. With over $3,000 worth of value, there's something for every-mum inside. There’s even a whole range of free activities to inspire too!

Co-founder Ange MacDonald says “Entertainment for the majority of new mums is no longer fine dining, fancy restaurants and luxury resort holidays - it’s toy libraries, fairy dances, indoor trampoline parks, and sing-a-long sessions. The Coolest Little Coupon Book focuses on practical offers, that mums will actually use and feel good about without blowing their budget.”

Neither Ardern nor Robertson for example, really wanted a capital gains tax, for fear of Labour copping the “tax and spend“ label they ended up being saddled with anyway. Usefully though, they could tell the party faithful it was wicked old Winston who killed the CGT... More

Government: National, ACT, & NZ First To Deliver For All Kiwis

The National Party claims the new coalition government will be stable, effective, and will deliver for all Kiwis. "Despite the challenging economic environment, New Zealanders can look forward to a better future because of the changes the new Government will make ... We know that, with the right leadership, the right policies, and the right direction, together New Zealanders can make this an even better country," says Christopher Luxon... More

Green Party: Petition To Save Oil & Gas Ban

“The new Government’s plan to expand oil and gas exploration is as dangerous as it is unscientific. Whatever you think about the new government, there is simply no mandate to trash the climate. We need to come together to stop them,” says James Shaw... More

PSA: MFAT Must Reverse Decision To Remove Te Reo

MFAT's decision to remove te reo from correspondence before new Ministers are sworn in risks undermining the important progress the public sector has made in honouring te Tiriti. "We are very disappointed in what is a backward decision - it simply seems to be a Ministry bowing to the racist rhetoric we heard on the election campaign trail," says Marcia Puru...
