Fatal crash - Summit Road, Christchurch
One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash on Summit Road in Christchurch at 11pm last night.
Another person is in a critical condition.
Summit Road remains closed this morning around the crash scene – between Bridle Path and Dyers Pass Road - as emergency services work to retrieve the car.
Walking tracks in the vicinity are also closed.
