Update - Serious Crash, SH 2, Bethlehem

Police can confirm two people have died following the serious crash on SH 2, Bethlehem earlier this evening.
The crash, involving a motorcycle and two pedestrians occurred at around 8:30pm.
Sadly, the two pedestrians died at the scene.
Two other people received minor injuries.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time while the Serious Crash Unit examines the scene.
Motorists are asked to please continue to avoid the area.
