UPDATE - Grey Lynn Firearms Incident
Superintendent Grant Tetzlaff, Relieving Auckland City District Commander:
Police have now laid charges following a firearms incident in Grey Lynn last week.
A 32-year-old man has been charged with aggravated burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm and presenting a firearm in relation to the the Wallingford Street incident on 18 July.
He is due to appear in the Auckland City District Court today.
A number of investigations relating to the incident last week remain ongoing at present.
As matters are now before the Court, Police are unable to comment further at this time.
