Fixed Rates Fall Again
Mortgage bankers Cairns Lockie Limited announced a 10 basis point reduction in its two fixed mortgage rate, effective 23 June 2000. The move follows last weeks 10 point fall in all fixed mortgage rates.
Fixed rates are now (from 23 June 2000)
Two year fixed 8.55
Three year fixed 8.75
Five year fixed 8.89
The Company's floating rate remains unchanged at 8.35
