There was moderate trading on the New Zealand Futures & Options Exchange today involving 1770 futures contracts traded with a face value of NZ$885 million.
The Mar-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled up 1 point at 9322 (6.80%). The June-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled up 2 points at 9325 (6.75%) and the Sept-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled up 2 points at 9329 (6.71%). The Dec-01 90 Day Bank Bill Control settled at 9329 (6.71%).
The Mar-01 Three Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled up 7 points at 9377 (6.23%) and the Mar-01 Ten Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled at 9386 (6.14%).
The December-00 NZSE-10 Share Index Futures Contract settled unchanged at 870.
The December-00 Electricity Futures Contract closed at $28.50 M/wh.
