POST WILL NOT APPEAL HIGH COURT DECISION
New Zealand
Post Chief Executive Elmar Toime said the company would not
appeal the High Court decision regarding the release of the
business case for the new bank.
“New Zealand Post accepts the decision and we now wish to get on with the business of building a bank offering convenient, low-fee services for all New Zealanders.”
