Notes Issue
SKY Network Television Limited
SKY Network Television Limited (“SKY”) is
pleased to announce its intention to undertake a capital
notes issue to New Zealand investors. It is envisaged that
the issue will raise a minimum of $100 million and will be
underwritten.
The Chairman of SKY, Tom Mockridge, said “The capital note issue will provide SKY with useful additional sources of capital to assist with funding the ongoing growth of the business.”
JBWere (NZ) Limited has been appointed lead manager and underwriter to the issue.
Further details of the terms of the issue will be announced in early September closer to the date of the issue.
