Record Newsstand Sales For Leading Magazines
24 April 2002
Latest newsstand results show PC World, Internet Magazine and Unlimited, the leading newsstand titles from publisher IDG Communications Ltd, have all turned in record breaking sales performances - confirming the upward trend for magazines in general in 2002.
PC World, Internet Magazine and Unlimited all broke their previous highest newsstand sales records with PC World reporting a huge 12% advance over its previous best selling issue.
Says IDG Communcations publisher Bob Pinchin: "This shows these magazines are hitting the spot. In a tight market people buy only the most valued publications for them, and these results show that PC World, Internet Magazine and Unlimited are clearly smack on target for their respective audiences."
"These results confirm the long-term growth trend for these titles and assures us that we're delivering highly popular magazines in each of these sectors," says Pinchin.
