Tranz Rail has received notice of record date for take-over offer
Tranz Rail would like to advise shareholders the company has received notice from Toll Holdings that the record date for their take-over offer will be tomorrow, Wednesday June 18.
The effect and importance of this
notice is that the take-over offer will be made only to
those shareholders who are registered at that date and shown
as the holders of securities in Tranz Rail Holdings on the
company's security register.
