Full house sign goes up at ThriveAuckland

The full house sign has gone up for Thrive Auckland this Thursday, the Employers & Manufacturers Association (Northern) advises.

"The Aotea Centre's capacity 2050 seats are all taken for Thrive Auckland," said Alasdair Thompson, EMA's chief executive.

"The response has been tremendous.

"Thrive is all about inspiring the business community, building confidence and demonstrating how a successful attitude can translate into results, whether on the sports field or in business.

"As well as guest speakers with the calibre of Bob Jones, Graham Henry, John Eales, Karen Walker and John Barnett, Thrive will also feature a fashion show by Karen Walker, a performance by Pacific Island fire dancers and entertainment from Dave Dobbyn.

"The day begins at 9.00am an address from Prime Minister Helen Clark."
