Pumpkin Patch Limited is pleased to announce that its initial public offer closed on Friday 4 June 2004 following the successful completion of its retail offer and institutional book build. The book build process, which was undertaken between Wednesday 2 June and Friday 4 June 2004, involved the participation of New Zealand and international institutional investors.
