Rick Christie appointed to Pork Industry Board
Mr Rick Christie has been appointed a director of the New Zealand Pork Industry Board. Currently Chairman of Ag Research, Mr Christie has extensive experience in New Zealand's agribusiness sector. He has held the position of Chief Executive in a diverse range of organisations including both the Game Industry Board and TradeNZ, and currently holds a number of other directorships.
The Pork Industry Board currently has
four elected producer directors and one director appointed
by the Minister of Agriculture. Mr Christie replaces Rick
Bettle who has retired after six years as an appointed
director of the Board.
