KPMG named top employer by graduates
KPMG has been ranked the top graduate employer in both New Zealand and Australia for 2004, out of 500 organisations in The Australian & New Zealand Graduate Careers Survey 2004. High Fliers Research Limited conducted 7,404 face to face interviews with final year students.
KPMG’s Chairman Alan Isaac says he is very pleased that the firm has been recognised for being an employer of choice and is regarded as offering the best opportunities for graduates.
“This result is positive reinforcement of our professional, yet friendly culture which we’re all very proud of.
“We are committed to offering attractive roles, extensive ongoing professional development and long term career prospects at KPMG,” said Mr Isaac.
“Our commitment to graduates enables us to attract and retain the very best talent, which ensures the vibrancy and growth of the firm in the long term.
“Our client base and the variety of work that we can offer graduates also support our position as the preferred employer of graduates,” said Mr Isaac.
