Harveys Open Another ‘Topp’ Office In Christchurch

Harveys Open Another ‘Topp’ Office In Christchurch

Harveys Real Estate has continued its penetration into the Mainland with the opening of a new office in St Albans.

This brings its National branch network to 57, its fifth in the South Island and the third office in Christchurch.

The St Alban’s office is being opened by Christchurch real estate identity Gavin Topp, of Topp Realtors Ltd, who joined the Harveys network in January with the opening of a branch in Bishopdale.

Gavin, who has 36 years of industry experience, is looking forward to working with “a team of highly experienced and qualified people, who are enthusiastic about providing a range of marketing options in a buoyant real estate market.”

The St Albans office will start with a team of 5 staff, but Topp expects this number to increase to 10 within the next few months. The team will move into a brand new, purpose built office located on busy Innes Road.

Gavin says the decision to open a branch in St Albans was an obvious one to make. “There was a business opportunity to grow on what we’ve done at Bishopdale. We feel we can bring a clean image and good marketing strategy to St Albans, which is experiencing a period of growth but is under serviced by good real estate companies,” he says.

Harveys Director Ross Hunter is confident that under Topp’s stewardship the St Alban’s office will do well. “We look forward to continuing our venture with Gavin and his experienced sales staff,” he says.
