Capital Properties New Zealand Limited is pleased to announce that Deloitte has been appointed to act as independent adviser in connection with the proposed takeover offer by AMP Property Portfolio Investments Limited. Deloitte will prepare a report on the merits of the offer, which will form part of (or be summarised in) the target company statement Capital Properties will circulate to all shareholders in connection with the offer.
