(Real Journeys receives accolades from APT Tours & Grand Pacific Tours)

Real Journeys Milford Sound Scenic Cruise has recently been voted the top South Island attraction by the clients of Grand Pacific Tours. The award was presented to Real Journeys Retail Sales Manager, Stu Cordelle at the Grand Pacific Conference in Melbourne.

Clients of APT Tours also gave the thumbs up to Milford Sound, voting the overnight cruise vessel Milford Mariner, the best accommodation in the South Island. Presenting this award, Michael Cook, General Manager, (New Zealand Tours) APT, said that every year his company conducted a customer satisfaction survey that had a 98 per cent response rate. This year the Milford Mariner came out on top. “Well done to the Real Journeys team for enhancing our customers’ experience. We value your efforts highly,” said Mr Cook.

Real Journeys General Manager Sales, Tony McQuilkin, said that he was delighted with the recent awards. “They are a credit to our Milford team whose professionalism and enthusiasm have obviously struck a chord with our guests.”
