Game publisher predicts bird flu upsurge
PRESS RELEASE - 2 November 2005
News in brief.
Board game publisher predicts upsurge if 'bird flu' spreads.
Publisher, Matt Taylor, reports that the response to the launch of the board game Breakscore® and it's web site www.breakscore.com has been extremely positive with recent orders from Tahiti, Finland, the UK and the USA. Taylor attributes the increase in sales of his board game Breakscore® to the possible spread of 'bird flu'.
Taylor says, "I've noticed a marked increase in internet orders since all the widespread publicity about 'bird flu'. I think people are preparing to spend more time away from traditional community activities and Breakscore® being a board game that everyone can play, fits the bill for nights at home with the family."
