Capital Properties Announce Resignation Of CEO
Capital Properties New Zealand Limited announced today the resignation of Chief Executive Officer, Chris Gudgeon. This follows the completion of the compulsory acquisition of outstanding Capital Properties shares as the final step in the takeover of Capital Properties by AMP Property Portfolio Investments Limited.
General Manager of AMP Property Portfolio, Stephen Costley, thanked Mr. Gudgeon for his contribution during his time at Capital Properties. ‘Chris has left a strong management team at Capital Properties which is remaining largely intact. We will continue to value our existing relationships with tenants and service providers and remain absolutely committed to the various development initiatives currently underway with key government sector clients. It is very much “business as usual”’ said Mr. Costley.
